Do you take credit cards?
You can pay by European Bank Credit (SEPA) or by cheque. Payment by Paypal will be available soon. If using the Paypal service you can use any valid credit card. You will be charged in sterling. You can pay in euros if you wish. You will not be charged any transaction fee. See our terms and conditions regarding your financial protection.
What if the weather is bad?
If the weather is so bad that we cannot continue with our planned route, then at the discretion of the Leader, we may take a forced rest day then continue, or we may retreat to lower altitude. Then we will attempt to rejoin the original planned route. If this is impossible we will provide an alternative itinerary for the remainder of the time in the mountains in the general area. No refunds will be given on the basis of inclement weather - that is a hazard of the game!
What if I am not fit enough?
Check the information on the Additional Information page. Make sure you are fit enough before coming. Talk to us/email us if you are not sure. If you turn out not to be fit enough after day one of the trek, you will be returned to the hotel base. You will be offered the option of a pleasant week's stay at the hotel (if accommodation is available) or having transport arranged for you back to the airport (at your expense). Under no circumstances will any refund be given on the grounds of lack of fitness to complete the trek. Your mountain leader's decision will be final as to whether you are fit enough.
